Summary
Priority Customer Success Manager at LearnUpon, a global LMS provider, managing a large group of customers at scale through proactive support and results-focused engagement in a hybrid Dublin-based role.
Key Responsibilities: Triage and respond to customer queries, focus interactions on delivering measurable results, lead outreach initiatives and campaigns, and identify opportunities for customers to expand value from LearnUpon's platform.
Skills & Tools: Strong customer focus, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools, and ability to maintain motivation in fast-paced, changing environments with a collaborative, get-it-done mindset.
Qualifications: At least one year of experience in a Customer Success role or equivalent position, with preference for backgrounds in e-learning or similar industries.
Location: Hybrid in Dublin, Ireland (3 days per week in office)
Compensation: β¬50,000 β β¬70,000/year
