Summary

The Partnership Manager will manage a designated geographic territory in the K-12 market, overseeing current and new customer relationships to drive solution-based sales and exceed individual sales quotas. This role focuses on revenue growth through strategic account planning and customer retention, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete sales cycle for net new, retention, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities while developing strategic account plans and cultivating long-term customer relationships within an assigned territory. Conduct customer meetings, deliver strategic sales presentations, maintain CRM records in Salesforce, and stay informed on federal, state, and local funding options.
Skills & Tools: 5-7 years of field sales experience with strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and consultative sales skills. Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and familiarity with Sales Engagement Platforms like Outreach or Highspot preferred; must demonstrate excellent time management, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in K-12 education preferred. Must have 5-7 years of demonstrated field sales experience including customer presentations, outbound calls, and client relationship development, with ability to travel extensively in assigned territory.
Location: Hybrid in Northeast Ohio, United States
Compensation: $80,000 – $120,000/year
