Role Snapshot

Evolv Technology is hiring an Account Manager for their new Evolv Flex program to expand their customer base and drive adoption of AI-powered security solutions. The role focuses on launching this new subscription-based offering while building customer relationships and achieving sales targets across the Central territory.

Key Responsibilities: Build and manage customer relationships, develop territory plans to achieve sales quotas, prospect and qualify leads using assigned target accounts, and coordinate with internal teams (Solution Engineers, Pre-Sales, Channel Management) to create opportunities and close deals. Accurately forecast pipeline and activity via Salesforce, participate in industry exhibitions and conferences, and manage 60-80% travel within the Central region.
Skills & Tools: Strong sales skills including prospecting, negotiation, account management, and relationship building with channel partners; proficiency with Salesforce; excellent communication and ability to convey Evolv's technology value proposition across diverse market segments.
Qualifications: Sales experience in both public and private sector sales cycles; Salesforce proficiency; demonstrated ability to develop and execute territory strategies. Experience with AI-powered security or software solutions is preferred.
Location: Chicago, Illinois
Compensation: $63K–$100K/yr
