Summary
Account Executive (ENT/Strategic) at KnowBe4 responsible for managing enterprise-level customer accounts and maximizing sales opportunities by promoting security awareness training solutions to organizations with 1,501+ employees.
Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell KnowBe4 products/services to enterprise clients, identify and close new business opportunities, build and maintain prospect pipelines, achieve monthly sales quotas, and maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce.
Skills & Tools: Proven sales expertise, IT security concepts familiarity, Salesforce and Gmail proficiency, excellent verbal and written communication, stats-driven mindset, and strong collaborative teamwork abilities.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred with 3+ years of software sales experience, preferably selling to SMEs, and familiarity with IT security field concepts; Network or Security Plus certification preferred.
Location: Remote within the United States, based in Austin, Texas
Compensation: $200,000 – $210,000/year
