Summary

Lead and optimize Cornerstone OnDemand's online customer community platform to drive engagement, satisfaction, and business growth. Develop strategic initiatives and manage community initiatives that foster a vibrant, inclusive online environment.

Key Responsibilities: Develop community strategies, oversee platform management and technical infrastructure, execute engagement initiatives, and create aligned content in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Monitor performance metrics, enforce community guidelines, and provide regular reporting to leadership on community trends and opportunities.
Skills & Tools: Strong background in online community management, social media, and strategic communication with expertise in data analysis and community platforms. Excellent leadership, interpersonal skills, and ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in community management, preferably in a leadership or strategic role. Understanding of talent management industry trends and demonstrated ability to develop community strategies.
Location: Remote, United States
Compensation: $150,000 โ€“ $240,000 / annually
