As a Sales & Marketing Analyst, you will support the Business Operations team by building and maintaining reporting dashboards, conducting sales territory analysis, and providing data-driven insights to expand strategic support for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

- Support Go-To-Market teams (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success) by building, maintaining, and monitoring reporting dashboards that track sales, marketing, and customer performance.
- Conduct sales territory analysis, proactively flagging trends, risks and opportunities for improvement, tracking performance trends and advising on potential changes.
- Analyze sales data and deal approvals and provide insights to support decision‑making.
- Review marketing data, including segmentation, campaign performance tracking, and reporting on return on investment (ROI).
- Help ensure maintained data quality across systems, troubleshoot issues and support integrations with internal and third‑party data sources.
- Build and improve dashboards, update documentation and training materials, respond to ad hoc analysis requests to contribute to scalable reporting and tool usage.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree minimum (must be completed/earned by May 2026)
- 1+ years of professional work experience (including co-op/internship experience) in business operations, marketing analytics, sales support, revenue or similar roles.
- Good problem-solving skills and experience interpreting different operational needs or challenges and identifying resolutions.
- Familiarity/hands-on experience with using sales or customer account (CRM) and marketing automation software and/or tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with pivot tables, charting, conditional formatting, data validation, and lookup functions.
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace), usage of digital tools for communication and productivity and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in the publishing, ed-tech, language learning or similar industry
- Experience using Salesforce or Marketo tools
This position is salaried and is eligible for an annual incentive based on employee and organizational performance.
