Summary

Account Manager responsible for managing and expanding client relationships within higher education, K-12, and enterprise sectors, focusing on software renewals and upselling opportunities. This role serves as the primary architect of existing client relationships, driving the full renewal lifecycle and strategic expansion.

Skills & Tools: 5 years of sales or account management experience (ideally in SaaS), strong relationship-building abilities, proficiency with CRM tools, and an outcome-oriented mindset. Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex technical needs into elegant solutions for customers.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred, with commitment to lifelong learning. 5 years of demonstrated sales or account management experience required.
Location: Fully remote in the United States with possibility of travel up to 25%
Compensation: $65,000 โ€“ $75,000 / annually
