Location: This is a fully remote position available to candidates located in the United States.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $40,000 - $60,000 annually.
Primary duties and responsibilities:
CRM Management & Data Integrity (40%-60%)
- Maintain accurate and complete CRM records, ensuring that lead data, notes, tasks, and updates are entered consistently—with accountability for supporting team visibility and reporting.
- Track and manage tasks, schedules, and follow-ups to keep the pipeline organized and responsive, demonstrating GRIT and commitment to proactive communication.
- Audit and update CRM records regularly, taking ownership for data cleanliness and providing collaborative support to cross-functional teams relying on that information.
- Follow structured data workflows with a process-oriented mindset, while contributing innovative suggestions for improving efficiency and accuracy.
- Generate CRM-based reports and activity summaries, aligning with KPIs and performance goals to support transparency and continuous improvement.
Strategic Lead Generation (20%-40%)
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to families, parents, and groups—making every interaction rooted in kindness, empathy, and purpose.
- Research and identify qualified leads, using innovation to locate decision-makers and craft messaging that speaks directly to their needs in the K–12 space.
- Communicate StrongMind’s mission and solutions clearly, empowering prospects by connecting our offerings to the needs of their families/learners.
- Adapt messaging based on stakeholder type, listening attentively and responding with kindness and clarity to build rapport and trust.
- Track outreach performance and refine strategies, showing accountability by evaluating results and continuously improving lead quality and engagement.
- Collaborate closely with all stakeholders, aligning outreach, sharing insights, and promoting collaboration that fuels shared success.
- Persevere through challenges and rejections with resilience and GRIT, staying focused on goals and committed to creating new opportunities.
Strategic Company Initiatives & Support (10%-20%)
- Contribute to evolving outreach strategies and organizational priorities, participating in special projects that reflect StrongMind’s current strategic focus—whether supporting new product rollouts, partnership efforts, or data initiatives.
- Offer insights from the field to help refine messaging, product-market fit, and lead targeting—applying innovation and collaboration to drive cross-functional alignment.
- Adapt quickly to changing team or company needs, showing accountability and flexibility in supporting what matters most to our mission at any given time.

Specific Job Skills/Abilities:
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in CRM data entry and management—ensuring lead records, notes, and follow-ups are timely, complete, and reliable for reporting and sales coordination.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to track, prioritize, and manage tasks and schedules within a CRM while supporting a fast-moving pipeline.
- Proficient in CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce, with experience maintaining lead stages, activity tracking, and generating performance reports to support business decisions.
- Proven prospecting experience, including high-volume outbound calling, email outreach, and social engagement to generate and qualify leads in the K–12 education space.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging and respond authentically to educators, parents, and specific groups.
- Resilient and self-motivated, demonstrating GRIT to overcome rejection, stay positive, and consistently pursue goals in a competitive sales environment.
- Strategic research and discovery skills, with the ability to identify decision-makers, understand educational contexts, and segment leads to optimal outreach effectiveness.
- Quick learner with strong market awareness, able to rapidly understand StrongMind’s offerings and articulate value in the context of current K–12 education trends.
- Collaborative team player, skilled at working across Sales, Marketing, and Client Success teams to align outreach efforts, share insights, and improve performance.
- Process-driven and results-focused, able to follow structured workflows while bringing ideas for continuous improvement and consistently meeting key performance indicators.
