Summary

Join Aceable's new B2B Sales team as an Account Executive to own the full sales cycle, build customer relationships, and shape sales strategies from the ground up in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities: Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting through close for B2B accounts, conduct cold outreach via phone and email, co-create sales strategies, educate customers on value proposition, and maintain CRM data accuracy while collaborating cross-functionally.
Skills & Tools: 3+ years of B2B sales experience with demonstrated deal-closing ability, strong verbal and written communication, familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce, and consultative selling approach with ability to work in ambiguity.
Qualifications: 3+ years of B2B sales experience ideally in SaaS or edtech, with bonus experience selling to educational institutions or government agencies and launching new sales programs.
Location: Hybrid in Austin, Texas, United States; remote candidates limited to California, Colorado, Illinois, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Texas, Utah, and Washington.
Compensation: $45,000 – $100,000/year

ABOUT THIS POSITION

As an Account Executive you will beone of the first team members for our new B2B Sales team, and you will play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategy and building our customer base. You’ll report to our Manager, Sales and focus on a transactional sales cycle while we validate product-market fit in a high-potential new segment. This is a highly entrepreneurial role that requires creativity, adaptability, and initiative. WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close for B2B accounts 
  • Conduct proactive cold outreach through dialing and email to generate new opportunities
  • Co-create and execute sales strategies to surpass targets
  • Identify and engage new markets, test messaging, and iterate based on feedback/reporting
  • Educate potential customers on our value proposition, and align our solutions to their needs
  • Document learnings and contribute to playbook development for future sales hires
  • Regularly report performance metrics and share feedback to inform product development
  • Maintain data accuracy of customer information in the CRM system to ensure proper reporting and analytics
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategy
  • Work autonomously and problem-solve in a rapidly evolving environment

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience (ideally with SaaS or edtech products)
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals and exceed targets without a fixed script or roadmap
  • Clear and effective communication with the ability to articulate and present verbally and in writing
  • Creative approach to uncovering and reaching new customer segments
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and iterating quickly
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce preferred)
  • Excellent active listening and consultative selling
  • Reside in one of the following locations: California, Colorado, Illinois, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Jersey, New York (excluding Boroughs), North Carolina, Texas, Utah, and Washington.
