Summary

Join HopSkipDrive as a RevOps Manager to enhance sales execution and drive strategic initiatives within a lean Revenue Operations team of four. You will leverage data to build scalable infrastructure and sharpen the company's sales execution engine.

Skills & Tools: Strong analytical skills with expertise in Salesforce, Tableau, and other tech stack tools; ability to turn data into compelling narratives that influence decision-making. Demonstrated stakeholder management, project management discipline, and a proactive owner mindset with system-building capabilities.
Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations or RevOps within a high-growth B2B SaaS or marketplace environment. Track record of successful stakeholder management and ability to balance strategic initiatives with immediate operational needs.
Location: Remote across multiple U.S. states including CA, FL, TX, and others
Compensation: $90,000 – $120,000 / annually
