Position Summary
We are excited to announce a summer internship opportunity for a Human Resources Intern at Swank Motion Pictures. This internship is designed to provide practical experience and exposure to various aspects of HR in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As a Human Resources Intern, you will work closely with our HR team, assisting with day-to-day HR operations and projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant tracking system.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding and orientation.
- Support HR team in various HR projects, such as performance management, employee engagement, and HR policy development.
- Assist with updating and maintaining HR documentation and records.
- Conduct research and analysis on HR best practices.
- Assist with various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Available to work for the duration of the summer internship program
Educational Requirements
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree
- Preferred current Junior status with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027
