Compensation: $16–$18/hr (estimated)

Job Description

Position Summary

We are excited to announce a summer internship opportunity for a Human Resources Intern at Swank Motion Pictures. This internship is designed to provide practical experience and exposure to various aspects of HR in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As a Human Resources Intern, you will work closely with our HR team, assisting with day-to-day HR operations and projects.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant tracking system.
  • Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding and orientation.
  • Support HR team in various HR projects, such as performance management, employee engagement, and HR policy development.
  • Assist with updating and maintaining HR documentation and records.
  • Conduct research and analysis on HR best practices.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Available to work for the duration of the summer internship program

Educational Requirements

  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Preferred current Junior status with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027
