About the Role

As a Health System Sales Executive, you'll identify opportunities within Health Systems and Hospitals with Nursing Clinical Performance Solutions. You'll partner with top accounts calling on decision makers to create a value proposition for Clinical Solutions Products. Your efforts will generate new sales and closing of new contracts, upselling solutions to existing customers, and renewing major contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying, qualifying and closing opportunities at Health Systems and Hospitals to drive new business growth in Nursing Clinical Performance.
  • Maintaining existing book of business by renewing all major contracts, nearing the end of the agreement.
  • Creating updates and utilizing a territory business plan identifying key renewal, upsell and new business prospects.
  • Establishing credibility and builds relationships with multiple department heads, key decision makers and influencers at hospitals, including C-suite.
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of at least 3x quota with qualified opportunities. In order to effectively move them through the selling process via Salesforce CRM.
  • Developing accurate forecasts of new business opportunities and active renewals.
  • Establishing deep understanding of the market/industry intelligence. Learning everything possible about our competitor’s products, strategy, and sales approach in the marketplace.
  • Maximizing revenue generation for the company by identifying multi-product, nursing portfolio opportunities, and collaborates with peers to team sell.
  • Establishing vital internal relationships with key internal stakeholders, including peers, Sales Operations, Product Management, and Marketing personnel.
  • Demonstrating ability to work collaboratively with various functional areas in matrixed organizations, as well as with external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Have a proven track record of success from B2B sales, technology solution selling experience in healthcare.
  • Have a proven track-record of success in prospecting & closing new business, leading to consistent quota achievement.
  • Demonstrate experience with “Consultative Selling” to identify and solve customer problems.
  • Experience selling technology solutions in a complex B2B/healthcare environment, with multiple influencers and decision makers.
  • Demonstrate ability to accurately forecast new business opportunities and renewals.
  • Have excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Coupled with exceptional communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills; fluency in English.
  • Have knowledge of regulatory environment in healthcare.
  • Able to effectively influence various non-reporting functions in a matrixed business structure.
  • Able to travel as necessary, estimated to be 25% overnight.
