Role Snapshot
The Customer Success Manager serves as the primary strategic partner for assigned Follett Software customers, responsible for fostering strong relationships and ensuring they maximize value from their products post-sale. This role drives customer satisfaction, retention, advocacy, and growth while strengthening long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute Success Plans aligned with district goals, conduct regular business reviews, and manage the complete customer lifecycle from onboarding through renewal. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Professional Services, and Product teams to enhance customer experience and identify upsell opportunities.
Skills & Tools: Required skills include excellent communication, project management, analytical abilities, and a customer-centric approach. Proficiency in technical/software skills and experience managing large revenue accounts are essential.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4-6 years of customer success or account management experience. Technical proficiency and demonstrated ability to build strategic relationships with C-level stakeholders are valued.
