Summary

The Senior Manager of FP&A will partner with senior leadership and operational teams to deliver financial analysis, reporting, and strategic planning support. This role focuses on transforming financial support across business functions through data-driven insights and comprehensive financial modeling.

Key Responsibilities: Perform financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, build and maintain company-wide financial reporting and forecasting models, and produce annual operating plans with budgets and KPIs. Deliver variance analytics, identify business risks and opportunities, and serve as a strategic partner to improve business processes across the organization.

Skills & Tools: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office/G Suite with advanced financial modeling capabilities, and ability to work with and present to senior executives. Attention to detail, ability to evaluate sensitive information, and experience with SaaS financial software packages such as Anaplan, Adaptive, NetSuite, Tableau, and Workday preferred.

Qualifications: Minimum 7 years of related FP&A experience with at least 3 years in a team leadership role. MBA preferred; SaaS experience is advantageous.

Location: Remote - United States of America

Compensation: $110,000 – $160,000/year
