Summary
Director of Customer Partnerships at CENTEGIX responsible for managing customer relationships and driving satisfaction with their safety technology solutions across the South Carolina region. This role serves as the critical link between CENTEGIX and customers, ensuring high engagement, optimal platform utilization, and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities: Establish and maintain strong multithreaded customer relationships, proactively engage customers virtually and onsite to ensure satisfaction, develop actionable account plans with short and long-term goals, and manage contract renewals. Additional responsibilities include identifying upselling opportunities, representing CENTEGIX at regional events, gathering customer feedback for product improvement, and collaborating with sales and internal teams to drive account growth.
Skills & Tools: Strong relationship management, customer success orientation, account planning, excellent communication, critical thinking, and technical understanding of safety technology platforms. Must demonstrate multitasking ability, proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, and a personable, trusted advisor approach to customer engagement.
Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in school safety, superintendent roles, or related customer-facing positions in education or safety sectors. Excellent communication skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM software required.
Location: South Carolina
Compensation: $100K–$150K/yr
