Summary

The Director, Strategic Partnerships will lead the growth and activation of CENTEGIX's partner ecosystem across technology partners, resellers, and referral relationships, expanding an established network of ~80 partners into a scalable growth engine that drives revenue and market reach.

Key Responsibilities: Own partner strategy expansion across technology, reseller, and referral channels; develop structured engagement plans to increase partner-sourced pipeline and revenue; strengthen relationships with resellers and enterprise partners; formalize partner segmentation; and collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Service Delivery teams to align partner activity with company priorities.
Skills & Tools: Strategic partnership development and ecosystem scaling; enterprise relationship management; SaaS and IoT sector knowledge; partner enablement and performance tracking; cross-functional collaboration; and external representation in industry initiatives.
Qualifications: 8+ years of experience building or scaling a partner ecosystem within SaaS, IoT, safety technology, or public sector organizations; proven track record managing relationships with both enterprise technology partners and regional resellers; and 8+ years supporting referral programs.

Purpose


The Director, Strategic Partnerships will lead the growth and activation of the CENTEGIX partner ecosystem across technology partners, resellers, and referral relationships. This role is responsible for expanding an established network of approximately 80 partners, strengthening engagement models, increasing sourced pipeline, and building a scalable partnership strategy that supports long term revenue growth.


Partnership revenue is already a meaningful contributor to the organization. This is a leadership level individual contributor role with enterprise visibility and direct influence on go to market strategy. The Director will play a central role in evolving an established partner network into a more structured and scalable growth engine that expands market reach, accelerates adoption of the CENTEGIX Safety Platform, and strengthens alignment with leading technology providers and integrators nationwide, while helping define the long term structure and direction of a future partnerships function.


Position Responsibilities

  • Own and expand the CENTEGIX partner strategy across technology partners, resellers, and referral relationships.
  • Activate and grow value from an existing partner network that includes approximately 80 organizations ranging from emerging innovators to large enterprise platforms.
  • Develop structured engagement plans that increase partner sourced pipeline and revenue contribution.
  • Strengthen relationships with reseller partners who support both solution sales and installation delivery.
  • Formalize partner segmentation across referral partners, integration partners, and strategic platform relationships.
  • Drive adoption and utilization of the existing partner referral registration process.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Service Delivery leaders to align partner activity with company priorities.
  • Identify and onboard new strategic partners that extend platform reach across education, healthcare, and public safety markets.
  • Create scalable frameworks for partner enablement, communication, and performance tracking.
  • Represent CENTEGIX externally in partner strategy conversations and industry collaboration initiatives.
  • Help define the long term structure and hiring roadmap for a future partnerships team.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience building or scaling a partner ecosystem within a SaaS, IoT, safety technology, or public sector aligned organization
  • Track record managing relationships across both enterprise technology partners and regional resellers
  • 8+ years of experience supporting referral programs, integration partnerships, or channel strategies that produce measurable pipeline contribution
  • Comfort operating as a strategic individual contributor responsible for both execution and program design
  • Ability to collaborate cross functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer teams
  • Experience working with education, healthcare, government, or public safety markets preferred
  • Strong executive communication skills and ability to represent the company with senior partner stakeholders
  • Experience working with partner contracts, lead registration workflows, or referral tracking systems preferred
  • Travel regularly on a monthly basis to attend industry conferences, engage partners onsite, and participate in collaborative visits with customers and regional stakeholders to strengthen relationships and expand partnership impact.
