The Senior Customer Success Manager - Strategic owns the full customer lifecycle for a set of strategic accounts at Pluralsight, from onboarding through renewal, building trusted advisor relationships and ensuring customers realize business value. This role is critical to customer retention, growth, and company success.
Skills & Tools: Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills at all organizational levels including C-suite; proficiency with Gainsight and Salesforce; deep understanding of SaaS environments and customer success motions; ability to operate in fast-paced sales environments.
Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in customer success or related fields; Bachelor's degree in Sales or equivalent professional experience.
Location: Remote from USA with onsite requirement Tuesday-Thursday for those within 45 miles of Westlake/Dallas, TX office
Compensation: $140,000 β $175,000 / annually
