Summary

Customer Success Coordinator at Pluralsight manages a high volume of customer renewals and identifies growth opportunities while collaborating across departments to ensure seamless customer experiences. This role sits at the intersection of Customer Success, Revenue, Marketing, and Legal to drive ongoing customer value.

Key Responsibilities: Manage the full renewal lifecycle for a large portfolio of customers, including creating quotes, processing orders, and supporting agreement negotiations. Identify expansion and risk opportunities, leverage digital strategies to deliver value at scale, and partner with Account Executives on upsell and cross-sell motions.
Skills & Tools: Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and attention to detail. Comfortable with various communication methods, business sense with data analysis capabilities, and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications: Basic understanding of business development, sales, or customer success processes with curiosity about SaaS, technology, or workforce development. Preferred qualifications include B2B SaaS experience and knowledge of the SaaS renewal process.
Location: Remote within the USA; candidates within 45 miles of Westlake/Dallas, TX office expected to work on-site Tuesday-Thursday with remote flexibility Monday-Friday.
Compensation: $60,000 – $75,000 / annually
