Summary

Identify expansion and risk opportunities, leverage digital strategies to deliver value at scale, and partner with Account Executives on upsell and cross-sell motions.
Skills & Tools: Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and attention to detail. Comfortable with various communication methods, business sense with data analysis capabilities, and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications: Basic understanding of business development, sales, or customer success processes with curiosity about SaaS, technology, or workforce development. Preferred qualifications include B2B SaaS experience and knowledge of the SaaS renewal process.
Location: Remote within the USA; candidates within 45 miles of Westlake/Dallas, TX office expected to work on-site Tuesday-Thursday with remote flexibility Monday-Friday.
Compensation: $60,000 β $75,000 / annually
