Role Snapshot

Account Executive at Evolv Technology driving new business acquisition and revenue growth for AI-powered security solutions in the Louisville region. The role focuses on expanding the customer base, managing strategic relationships, and advancing Evolv's mission to enhance safety in public spaces.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute territory strategy to prospect, qualify, and close enterprise deals; conduct discovery, needs analysis, and ROI development with executive-level stakeholders. Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Engineers, Inside Sales, and Channel Management to support deal progression and customer onboarding while maintaining accurate CRM hygiene and forecasting.
Skills & Tools: Proven enterprise sales track record with consultative selling and complex deal negotiation expertise; strong ability to build relationships with executive-level stakeholders and develop channel partnerships. Demonstrated proficiency in sales methodology, pipeline management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications: Experience selling to public and private sector organizations with a track record of managing strategic accounts and closing enterprise deals. Sales methodology familiarity (MEDDPICC preferred) and experience navigating complex multi-stakeholder sales processes.

Compensation: $92Kโ€“$148K/yr
