Summary
Lead the delegate sales function for RTM Business Group's B2B events business, responsible for building and managing a sales team to drive revenue growth through event registrations and delegate acquisition.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute delegate sales strategies, manage and mentor a sales team, drive revenue targets, build relationships with key accounts, and oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting to conversion.
Skills & Tools: Sales leadership and team management, B2B sales expertise, events industry knowledge, strategic planning, pipeline management, and strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Qualifications: 5+ years of sales management experience, preferably in events or B2B sales; proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams and achieving revenue targets.

Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is $120,000 β $160,000/year based on director-level seniority, B2B sales leadership responsibility, and Northeast US location.
