We’re mission-driven, fast-growing, and passionate about supporting school communities. If you’re looking for a role where your work has a direct impact on students’ readiness to learn, this is the place for you.

Headquarters: 100 Stonewall Blvd, Ste 3, Wrentham, MA 02093

Warehouse/2nd Office: 8605 Explorer Dr, Colorado Springs, CO 80920

The Role

This full-time, exempt position is an exciting opportunity to combine your sales expertise with meaningful relationship-building — all in support of a mission that matters. While the role follows a standard 40-hour work week, occasional longer hours and travel (conferences, events, annual meetings) keep things dynamic and engaging.

We value flexibility and trust: you’ll have the autonomy to structure your day around personal priorities, as long as customer needs and business goals are met. If you’re looking for a role that blends impact, growth, and independence, this could be the right fit for you.

What You’ll Do

· Manage Accounts: Build strong, long-term relationships with assigned customers and ensure program success from setup to retention.

· Grow Business: Identify and pursue new opportunities with schools and parent organizations.

· Engage PTA/PTO Leaders: Partner with parent group leaders to promote EduKit programs and increase participation.

· Outreach: Connect with schools to highlight the value of EduKit and integrate into back-to-school planning.

· Customer Success: Create quotes and proposals, align solutions to customer needs, and deliver outstanding service.

· Market Awareness: Track trends, analyze competitors, and spot opportunities for growth.

· Represent EduKit: Attend at least one conference annually, plus webinars and other events.

· Collaborate: Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and support teams to enhance the customer experience.

Additional Information:

The responsibilities listed above highlight the core focus of the Inside Sales Account Manager role. That said, we’re a dynamic team, and from time to time your duties may shift or expand to meet business needs. We’ll always aim to provide the support and flexibility needed to ensure you can be successful in your role.

What We’re Looking For

· Proven Sales Experience: Prior success in inside sales, account management, or marketing. (Experience in K–12 or school-related sales a plus.)

· Relationship Builder: Skilled at earning trust with customers, prospects, and partners.

· Confident Communicator: Strong phone, email, and presentation skills. Comfortable making warm and cold calls.

· Self-Starter: Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

· Resilient & Goal-Oriented: Motivated to hit targets, persistent in the face of challenges, and eager to find creative solutions.

· Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with NetSuite and HubSpot (or other CRM software) is a plus.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

· Competitive base salary + performance incentives

· Flexible Schedule

· Comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, vision)

· 401(k) with company match

· Paid time off + holidays / Companywide closure from Christmas Day - New Year's Day

· Life & AD&D insurance

· Professional development & career growth opportunities

· The chance to make a real difference for schools and families

About the Work Environment

Resumes will be accepted until Friday, September 19, 2025, at 5:00 PM (MDT).

Eligibility

This is a U.S.–based remote role. To be considered, candidates must currently live in the United States and be authorized to work here. At this time, we are not able to offer visa sponsorship. These requirements are in place to meet payroll and compliance regulations.
