Role Snapshot
The Success Lead drives adoption and effective implementation of Great Minds curriculum products in schools and districts across Greater Houston, fostering relationships and developing comprehensive plans to enhance student outcomes.
Skills & Tools: Extensive experience in education, instructional coaching, strategic partnership management, and familiarity with Great Minds curricula or similar high-quality educational materials. Strong teamwork, communication, and change management capabilities required.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of educational experience, including 3 years in school leadership or coaching roles, is preferred. Experience leading teams through curriculum implementation and demonstrated success in instructional leadership is essential.
Location: Houston, Texas
Compensation: $95K–$100K/yr
