Summary

Support multiple project deliverables at Cambium Assessment's statewide assessment programs, ensuring all contractual standards are met while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The Project Coordinator will manage project artifacts, coordinate updates to client documentation, and support user acceptance testing processes.

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate project deliverables across teams with effective tracking and communication, create and maintain project artifacts including agendas and action logs, and execute annual updates to client documentation such as user guides and manuals. Support software user acceptance testing processes and ensure consistent quality and branding standards across all project materials.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), experience with project management tools like Smartsheet, and Adobe proficiency preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, editing/proofreading experience, familiarity with editorial style guides, and strong problem-solving abilities required.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with 2 years of relevant project coordination experience preferred. Editing proficiency and familiarity with editorial style guides are assets.

Job Overview:

The Project Management team at Cambium Assessment, Inc. works closely with internal teams and the state client to make sure all deliverables related to statewide computer-based assessment programs meet contractual requirements. As part of the Project team, the Project Coordinator will work collaboratively with the team on specific short- and long-term projects.

In this role, you will support the Operations team with annual reviews and updates to key client deliverables including publications, websites, and trainings. You will work closely with cross team subject matter experts to ensure information is accurate and timely.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support coordination of project deliverables across teams, ensuring timely completion through effective tracking and communication with program managers and team members
  • Create and maintain essential project artifacts including meeting agendas, detailed minutes, action item logs, and risk/issue tracking documents.
  • Annual updates to all program ancillary documentation and support materials including system user guides, administration manuals, and other publications following client specific style guide.
  • Ensure all project artifacts and client-facing materials maintain consistent quality and branding standards established by the client.
  • Support software user acceptance testing processes.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams)
  • Proficiency with ADOBE preferred.
  • Experience with project management tools, including Smartsheet or similar platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience in editing or proofreading desired
  • Familiar working with editorial style guides.
  • Exceptional data and problem-solving skills with ability to identify and resolve issues proactively.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work autonomously while supporting team goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a geographically dispersed team.
