Summary

Growth & Retention Account Executive responsible for managing and expanding existing customer relationships while driving revenue growth through retention and upsell strategies at Learning A-Z. This role directly impacts customer lifetime value and company revenue in the Arizona territory.

Key Responsibilities: Manage existing client accounts, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and develop retention strategies to maximize customer value. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
Skills & Tools: Strong sales acumen with ability to identify business opportunities and close deals; excellent communication and relationship-building skills; proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
Qualifications: Minimum 3+ years of account executive or inside sales experience; proven track record of managing and growing existing accounts; bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in sales or business development.
