Role Snapshot
Technical Systems Integrations Specialist oversees customer technical integrations and service support for ExploreLearning's educational platforms. The role ensures successful implementation and usage through onboarding support, issue resolution, and cross-team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities: Provides technical onboarding, guidance, and support to customers via phone, email, and desktop sharing while collaborating with internal teams to identify and resolve bugs and system issues. Maintains documentation of integration problems, tracks customer issues, and supports higher-level technical troubleshooting for rostering concerns.
Skills & Tools: Requires 1+ years of web application support experience, excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, and strong written/oral communication skills. Preferred experience includes knowledge of Clever, ClassLink, and OneRoster platforms, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications.
Qualifications: Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred with 1+ years of experience in a technical helpdesk or customer support environment. Ability to work autonomously, make sound judgments, and quickly master new technologies.
Location: Remote - United States
Compensation: $50Kβ$75K/yr
