Role Snapshot
Lead the IT Strategic Governance and Delivery Office as Senior Manager, overseeing IT project portfolios aligned with business goals while managing and developing a team of six. Drive strategic governance, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure service delivery quality and business value.
Skills & Tools: Expertise in IT process management, project management methodologies (PMBOK, SAFe, Agile, Waterfall), and project management tools (Microsoft Project, JIRA, Monday, Trello). Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with proven experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications: Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT process, project, and business relationship management. Demonstrated knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and proven ability to think strategically, drive change, and make autonomous decisions on significant matters.
Location: Remote - United States
Compensation: $100K–$150K/yr
