Data Analyst Intern supporting software operations and delivery teams at Learning A-Z. The role involves analyzing operational data to drive process improvements and support decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities: Collecting, processing, and analyzing operational data to identify trends and insights. Creating reports and visualizations to support software delivery and operations teams in optimizing processes.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency with data analysis tools and SQL or similar query languages, along with strong analytical thinking. Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications: Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a program in data science, analytics, computer science, or related field. Basic understanding of data analysis concepts and familiarity with spreadsheet or BI tools preferred.
