Role Snapshot
Demand Generation Specialist responsible for developing and executing account-based marketing strategies to engage key K-12 school districts. This role brings literacy solutions to market through targeted 1:1 ABX programs utilizing email, advertising, events, and direct mail.
Key Responsibilities: Develop ABM program strategies through research and cross-functional collaboration, create and execute email drip campaigns and advertising programs, and measure program success through data analysis and optimization. Partner closely with sales, customer success, and internal marketing teams to customize marketing materials and ensure program alignment with district needs.
Skills & Tools: B2B marketing and demand generation experience with proficiency in Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and data analysis tools like Tableau and Eloqua. Strong collaboration, project management, and copywriting abilities with experience in account-based marketing and education sector knowledge preferred.
Qualifications: 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. Experience in the K-12 education sector is preferred.

Compensation: $70Kβ$90K/yr
