Summary
Vice President of Innovation and Engineering at Time4Learning responsible for driving organizational growth and efficiency through strategic AI-driven technology solutions. This visionary role leads engineering initiatives across e-commerce, LMS, content systems, and business operations while reporting directly to the President.
Skills & Tools: Strong leadership in enterprise engineering, AI/ML integration, LMS and e-commerce expertise, with hands-on knowledge of .NET (C#), Azure-native services, and Microsoft identity & security patterns. Excellent communication and collaborative skills with ability to drive organizational adoption of emerging technologies.
Qualifications: BA/BS degree in a relevant field with 10+ years of experience in engineering leadership and technology management. Demonstrated expertise in SaaS development, innovation strategy, and leading cross-functional teams in fast-growing organizations.
Location: Remote position based in the United States with occasional travel required 2-3 times per year.
