Summary

Coursera is seeking a Sales Development Representative in Phoenix, AZ or Miami, FL to generate leads and qualify prospects for the sales team, driving growth of their online learning platform. This role is critical to building the company's pipeline through inbound and outbound prospect engagement.

Key Responsibilities: Build and qualify lead pipelines by contacting prospects and presenting Coursera solutions, while conducting discovery conversations to understand customer needs. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop engagement strategies using email, phone, social media, and other channels, and share frontline insights to improve processes.
Skills & Tools: Excellent communication and analytical abilities with knowledge of edtech and enterprise learning solutions. Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, Zoominfo, and Outreach, plus comfort navigating ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required, with at least 6 months of customer-facing experience in retail, customer service, or sales. Must be based in Phoenix, AZ or Miami, FL.
Location: Hybrid in Phoenix, Arizona or Miami, Florida, United States
Compensation: $54,000 โ€“ $67,000/year
